We take great care in crafting and shipping every pouch of Krishi Amrit jaggery. Since our products are natural and perishable, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is confirmed.

However, we’re always here to help in the following cases:

In case of Damaged product

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at krishiamritorg@gmail.com.

Attach: order number, invoice image, 1 outer box photo, 2 product photos, and (if possible) an unboxing video.

We’ll assess the issue and provide a free replacement or resolution.

Our team responds within 24–48 hours with full assistance.

In case of Missing product

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at krishiamritorg@gmail.com.


Attach: order number, invoice image, 1 outer box photo, 2 product photos, and (if possible) an unboxing video.

Return and refund

Once verified, we’ll ship the missing item at no extra charge.
Our team responds within 24–48 hours with full assistance.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only processed:

If a replacement isn’t possible

And your case meets eligibility based on damage or error

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Important Note


Food items are non-returnable once opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Please verify your shipping address and contact details before confirming the order. Incorrect details may lead to delivery failure.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified after 1 hr of placing the order, as we dispatch fresh products quickly.

Delivery delays due to courier issues, festivals, or natural calamities beyond our control. We will try our best to coordinate and support timely delivery.

Unboxing video is strongly recommended to process claims related to damage or missing items.


Our products are free from preservatives, so slight texture or color variation is natural and that is not a defect.
